Dumb people and drugs

Listen Mrs. Waters, a young man can take a hit off of a bong and no one gets killed. The problem that Mexico is having is completely different. These people are killing because they are greedy and aren't getting enough money. It's all about money. Phelps is just having a good time while these people are trying to make a living in the most dangerous part of their society. Now I guess I need to talk about what I'm supposed to. Mexico needs to stop blaming US for their problems. They need to take responsibility or else this "war" will never end. I answered number two at the top. There is only one way to stop a drug problem. Find the sources. Find where the drugs are getting distributed and get those people out of the picture. Other than that there is no way of stopping it or it will only get worse.
