Arne Duncan is an idot

I do not agree with this guy at all. Drop out rates will increase if we go to school year round. Every student gets tired of school as it is and we don't need three extra months of it. I believe that this guy is an idiot for thinking that people will follow this. Teachers enjoy the time off also and there are a lot of teachers in this country. He will not get enough support to get this passed.
